Drink: Watermelon shot
Home: Coesters
If we’re going to take a shot, we’ll be honest: We want it to taste good. Coesters knows this. On the list is this shot, strong enough for a man but pH-balanced for a woman.
What’s in it: Watermelon vodka, cranberry juice and a splash of grenadine, for color.
What it looks like: Like a pretty pink shot—crystal clear in a highball glass. Almost like Kool-Aid.
What it tastes like: At first taste it’s almost like liquefied watermelon Jell-O—super sweet. But the vodka and cranberry hit almost simultaneously on the finish. If you don’t pucker just a little bit, you don’t have taste buds.
How much it costs: $3 (Wednesday night special)
